About the role

NB Omega is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our LARGE Oil & Gas Client in Cold Lake, AB.

Assignment Description Provide administrate support to the Cold Lake asset. Professionally assist in day-to-day administrative activities by providing support for multiple tasks across all business units based on requirements for our management team. The candidate will have intermediate to advanced software capabilities for word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and employee collaboration. The successful candidate is looking to have a career path as an Administrative Assistant and will continue to grow their skill sets over the course of their career.

Qualifications Academic

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a minimum requirement
  • Qualified business or administrative assistant diploma/certification or similar designation is an asset

Other

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) are required
  • Experience using SAP and KRONOS time keeping is an asset, or any other timekeeping / system tracking programs
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools is an advantage
  • 1-7 years of office administration experience is preferred

Duration 1 year ( with possibility of extension)

Location /shift Information

  • Cold Lake, AB - Must reside in Cold Lake
  • Must have own transportation
  • Shifts options are (6:30-3:30, 7-4, 7:30-4:30)
  • Site is about 30 minutes outside of Cold Lake
