About the role
Located in Lévis, Résidence Les Marronniers offers a friendly and stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those experiencing mild loss of autonomy. We are currently seeking a person to fill a part-time day shift Resident Care Attendant position. **Completed AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home **
###POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: 9/14 day shift
###ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
###EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- PDSP training
- AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home
- Law 90
