Responsibilities:
-**Strategic Insights & Storytelling:**Rapidly convert complex data into compelling narratives that drive immediate action and shape long-term strategic direction. -**Team Leadership & Development:**Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning. -**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**Serve as the go-to analytics partner for Product, Operations, and Engineering leaders, ensuring seamless access to critical data and insights. -**Data Innovation & Efficiency:**Implement AI-driven analytics solutions, streamline data processes, and continuously improve time-to-insights. -**Performance & Impact Measurement:**Define and track KPIs to quantify the business impact of BI initiatives, enabling data-driven decisions and measurable ROI. -**Scalability & Process Improvement:**Anticipate growth and complexity; evolve BI infrastructure, governance, and tooling to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding global operation.

- Strong analytical mindset: identify trends, patterns, and root causes
- Skilled at integrating diverse data sources, ensuring data quality and availability
- Adept at partnering with engineering and product teams to align BI solutions with business goals
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics roles; 3+ years in a managerial capacity and adoption of AI tools to increase dev productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in accelerating data-driven decisions and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong bias for action, continuous improvement, and driving tangible business results
- Flexible, able to attend meetings etc., outside of regular working hours
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural global environment
