Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Reports To: Head of Wholesale

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

  • Upload, modify, and update orders data in the company’s database or CRM system
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure exceptional service and support
  • Work with the Logistics team to ensure timely and efficient shipment of customer orders, resolving any issues in a prompt manner
  • Communicate with the Supply Chain team to get updates on late deliveries and updated ETA information for customers
  • Work with Finance to ensure credit release and resolve customer billing issues
  • Ensure compliance and manage disputes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage product samples/catalogs during sales campaigns

Sales Operations:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed budget targets
  • Manage the orders portfolio for B2B accounts, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with Retail and eCommerce merchant teams to support product and line building, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows, fostering industry relationships and supporting the execution of sales campaigns
  • Interact with major market players, to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Prepare reports on seasonal sales performance and order data to provide insights to the Sales team for targets, open-to-ship, discounts, and returns

Position Requirements Education: College Degree or equivalent experience.

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a result focused and customer centric environment (preferably fashion apparel/footwear)
  • 3-year experience in the wholesale industry in a customer service/operations capacity

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B customer service operations or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments and external partners
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and optimize processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Availability to travel to trade shows and customer meetings as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skillset:

  • Advance Excel (Pivot, Lookup)
  • Working knowledge of AS400 and Business Intelligence system
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor central portal
  • HBC BIS sales reporting portal
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset

Physical Working Conditions:

  • The physical environment of this position requires the employee to work mainly indoors in a climate-controlled office environment
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
  • Lift merchandise and packages up to 30 lbs. and re-arrange fixtures in the showroom
