Position Highlights
Our Customer Analytics and Insights team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the team.
The successful candidate will possess strong skills and knowledge in working within complex data environments, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present data in a meaningful, clear, and transparent manner. You are a data-driven, critical thinker with a curious and analytical mindset, strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, and effective communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
In this role, you will be responsible not only for data provisioning and reporting development, but also for leading the design and implementation of sampling frameworks to ensure a high level of validity in research and analysis. This work will support the generation of actionable customer insights across multiple lines of business.
Position Requirements
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead the analysis, design, and development of research sampling solutions and reporting
-
Define and apply frameworks and best practices to ensure statistically reliable survey sampling
-
Lead the development and translation of complex business requirements into clear data specifications and analytical strategies, including the design and implementation of advanced data‑mapping logic and programming, as well as reporting and performance monitoring to maintain program validity.

Serve as a data subject‑matter expert for transactional data across different lines of business
-
Lead cross‑functional teams of varying sizes to support corporate data strategy
-
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with corporate departments and external agencies to access required data sources
Position Requirements:
-
Extensive experience in handling large complex data environments with diverse business partners.
-
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to independently identify data anomalies and drive resolution
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into data requirements and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience applying data quality and QA best practices
-
Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
-
Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, SPSS.

Familiarity with Qualtrics is an asset
-
Familiarity with market research is an asset

A Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant discipline
-
8+ experience in a related field
