Daily Tasks Overview

• Ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, motivate, train, and supervise a passionate team.
• Guarantee optimal store performance daily.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant professional role.
• Education: Holds a college diploma.
• Flexibility: Available for days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Autonomy & Initiative: Demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.
• Customer Orientation: Excellent service and relationship-building skills.
• Management Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.
