**Title:**Marketing Coordinator (term)
**Location:**1300 EPCOR Tower 10423 101 St. NW, Edmonton
**Position Term:**Approximately 12 months starting ASAP

Job Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as theMarketing Coordinatoryou will assist in the development and coordination of marketing strategies for the business unit and ensure compliance with branding standards. You also provide expertise and utilize marketing intelligence to facilitate management decision making.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the development and coordination of marketing programs and advertising campaigns; measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives or promotional efforts.
- Gathering and organizing information and assets for the in-house creative team.
- Collaborating with internal departments to implement marketing strategies and tactics for the business unit in accordance with prescribed budgets and objectives.
- Preparing property-specific and annual marketing budgets for approval.
- Gathering, processing, and using market intelligence to facilitate decision making, planning, and growth opportunities. Preparing various reports for management review, as required.
- Supporting the creation of property specific sales materials.
- Planning and coordinating special events and conferences including work with third-party event planners and on-site event management.
- Coordinating incoming marketing requests, helping triage priorities, gathering required information, and keeping projects moving through the team workflow.
- Managing project administration in ClickUp, including setting up tasks, updating statuses, tracking deadlines, and helping improve visibility for internal clients.
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing projects across leasing, property management, development, and corporate communications.
- Coordinating logistics for events, campaigns, and stakeholder communications, including timelines, materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up tasks.
- Assisting with the development, review, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email communications, signage, and digital content.
- Maintaining organized marketing systems, records, and assets, including project files, contact lists, templates, and other shared resources.
- Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, helping ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and with strong internal communication.

Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in land development, property development or property management is considered an asset.

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
