COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (HEARING AID CLINICS), TORONTO

Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Community Engagement Supervisor based in Toronto. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Community Engagement Supervisor will be is responsible for meeting marketing and referral targets within the Canadian Hearing Services Hearing Aid Clinics portfolio. This role will support the Chief Revenue Officer and the Director, Hearing Aid Clinics Operations by identifying and overseeing community engagement opportunities with medical and physician practices, whether sole proprietorships or group medical organizations, as well as with public and private corporations for which maintenance of short and long-term hearing health within those organizations needs to be prioritized due to loud working environments.
This will be a permanent, full-time position, working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This posting is due to this being a new position.
The ideal candidate will have a university or college degree in business or marketing (or a closely related subject), combined with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in B2B sales, with preference for selling of healthcare products and/or services to medical practices. The successful candidate must also have experience in the development and implementation of marketing and/or communications initiatives to target and attract new clients to established businesses. Proficiency with MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, and forecasting is also essential.
You should be comfortable and capable of leading potential customers through an engagement pipeline process that may include, but is not limited to: understanding importance of ensuring hearing health on a regular basis, analysis and assessment of current work environments and potential implications on short and long-term hearing health, recommendations/proposals, facilitating hearing aid clinic referrals and potential contract negotiations if required.
