At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your risk management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and results-driven teammates. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, savings, and opportunities within our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Core Teams, Scheduling, and Cost Control), facilitate workshops to gather inputs for risk analysis, and provide actionable insights through robust risk reporting and dashboards. You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining the consolidated Risk and Opportunity Register, but also leading quantitative risk analyses to inform target pricing and schedule planning.
We’ll look to you for
Ensuring project members are trained in Risk Management through seminars and training courses
Supporting project teams in identifying and assessing risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
Leading brainstorming sessions for risk, saving, and opportunity identification
Collaborating with risk owners to define, implement, and monitor mitigation actions
Developing scoring rationales for risks and opportunities, and integrating them into project schedules and budgets
Performing integrated quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses using Risk Management software
Delivering clear, actionable risk reporting and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting risk KPIs and ensuring quality standards are met
All about you
