About the role
Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the support of ongoing development, system enhancements, and digital service delivery within a Digital Business Solution team. Responsibilities include leading business analysis activities including requirements elicitation and documentation, business process analysis and redesign, solution definition, integration and data migration coordination, testing and quality assurance planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Resource is not required to work onsite. However, initial onboarding and key stakeholder meetings may require in-person attendance. Following onboarding, work arrangements may be hybrid or fully remote, depending on client’s operational requirements and mutual agreement. Must work within Canada at all times and must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Minimum 15+ years demonstrated experience performing senior business analysis within complex enterprise environments, preferably within experience in government, public sector, or large non-profit organizations.

Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including requirements development, solution delivery, and operational transition activities.

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise CRM or case management platforms.

Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives involving cross-functional teams, external partners, and enterprise service providers.
Nice To Have Skills

Preferred certifications include Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Prosci Change Management Certification, or equivalent recognized credentials.
