About the role
En tant que Préposé Senior S4 aux opérations, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le traitement, le suivi et l’analyse des activités administratives. Vous contribuez à offrir une expérience client distinctive et à améliorer la performance opérationnelle de l’unité.
Responsabilités principales
Assurer la gestion et le suivi administratif des dossiers
Effectuer la saisie de données en assurant leur conformité
Répondre aux demandes des clients et partenaires
Participer au partage des connaissances de l’équipe
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus
Identifier et résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles
Respecter les normes de conformité et gestion des risques
Prioriser les tâches et respecter les échéanciers
Prérequis :
Diplôme d’études secondaires
Expérience en travail administratif
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
Communication efficace en français et en anglais
Rigueur, organisation et autonomie
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
