What you’ll do
-*Administrative Coordination:*Manage a variety of administrative duties including secretarial tasks, reception, scheduling appointments for departmental managers, and taking minutes during meetings to ensure smooth office operations. -*Data and Documentation Management:*Verify production orders, create identification labels, enter SAP direct labour data, maintain employee training and certification records, and handle invoicing correspondence with vendors. -*Customer and Vendor Support:*Provide purchase order confirmations to customers, support onboarding and training, and maintain filing systems for contractor Worker’s Compensation and insurance policies. -*Communication and Scheduling:*Greet visitors, answer and screen telephone calls, arrange conference calls, coordinate travel schedules and appointments, and organize facility events and occasional meals. -*Office Supplies and Facility Support:*Order and maintain office supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, and update facility lists, logs, and documents. -*Safety First:*Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you’ll bring Must-haves:
- Proven independent administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with high accuracy
- Reliable judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-haves:
- Business Administration diploma or degree
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software
- Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting

Compensation- $24-28/hr depending on experience
This is for a 3 month contract, with the possibility of extending as needed.
