We are looking for an Active Directory/Level 2 Support Analyst for 3- 5-month contract to work in a hybrid model in Mississauga.
TheActive Directory Analystplays a crucial role in managing and securing user access within an organization. This position is responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper access to systems and applications, and collaborating with technical teams to support identity and access management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and manageActive Directory accountsand access to applications.
- Work directly with clients to assist with account setup, security permissions, and access management.
- Liaise withinfrastructure and application teamsto ensure proper access provisioning.
- Process and maintainServiceNow requestsfor security provisioning, ensuring timely implementation.
- Develop, maintain, and deliverActive Directory administration processesand documentation.
- Providetechnical supportin a courteous and responsive manner during migration projects.
- PerformMicrosoft Exchange administrationrelated to user accounts and permissions.
- Coordinate changes with support teams, following established change management processes.
- Handleservice desk requests, fulfill work requests, and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate with clients, partners, and service teams via email and phone to provide updates.
- Assist withspecial projectsand organizational IT initiatives as needed.
- Manage theticket lifecycle, ensuring proper tracking of technical requirements.
- Train and guide users on best practices for software applications and system access.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience inActive Directory administrationand identity/access management.
- Knowledge ofMicrosoft Exchangeand account provisioning.
- Familiarity withServiceNowor similar ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding ofsecurity policies, access controls, and compliancebest practices.
- Ability to troubleshootaccount and access issuesefficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Experience withchange management and documentationprocesses.
