As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by receiving incoming shipments, inspecting electronic devices, and preparing outbound orders for delivery. This role is for you if you’re detail-oriented, able to follow processes accurately, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in the workplace.

The ability to power up, configure, and test smart devices by following step-by-step processes with precision and attention to detail. Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions accurately. Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and respond to on-screen prompts and guidance. Adaptable and eager to learn, with the flexibility to adjust to evolving processes, priorities, and operational needs. Committed to following company policies, procedures, and safety standards to support a productive and compliant workplace. Attention to detail and a focus on quality, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in daily tasks.
The Physical Side of the Job
You’ll stay active throughout your shift, with regular walking, reaching, and hands-on work using tools and equipment. You’ll need to be prepared to occasionally lift, move, and handle items weighing up to 40 pounds. You’ll use close attention to detail and visual focus when inspecting devices and performing quality-related tasks. You’ll remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per day. You’ll perform a variety of physical movements throughout the day, including bending, squatting, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and occasional climbing. You’ll need to reliably distinguish colors and communicate clearly to support quality, safety, and operational accuracy. You can thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment with changing temperatures and exposure to dust, forklift traffic, and active warehouse equipment. You’ll enjoy a hands-on role that combines physical activity with technology-focused tasks in a fast-paced setting.
