The Opportunity Build the Future with Us – Join a team advancing critical infrastructure that keeps Ontario’s communities connected. In this role, you’ll contribute risk insight supporting largescale transmission, distribution, and capital upgrade programs across the Greater Toronto Area.

Your Impact
- Assess project and program risks for complex linear and stationrelated infrastructure work, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
- Analyze data across cost, schedule, environmental and construction interfaces, translating findings into clear risk insights that strengthen project decisionmaking.
- Support risk workshops, scenario modelling, and qualitative/quantitative assessments throughout project stages.
- Maintain and enhance risk registers, dashboards, and performance indicators supporting multiyear capital programs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, environmental, and project controls teams to ensure risk considerations are integrated into planning and execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk processes, tools, and templates across the project team.

- Experience in risk analysis, project controls, or related analytical functions within large infrastructure environments.
- Ability to interpret technical project information (e.g., construction sequencing, permitting, environmental factors) and convert it into risk insights.
- Comfortable working with data modelling tools, risk logs, and structured risk assessment frameworks.
- Strength in facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- A proactive mindset — curious, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting safe, reliable, future-focused infrastructure delivery.

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
