DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On-site installation, retrofit, test, and servicing responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose existing lighting fixtures and systems

• Performing routine preventative maintenance

• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and all other applicable legislation required

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs

• Ability to stand for long periods and capable of climbing 10 ft. ladders

• Time Management

• Organizational skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Certificate of Qualification as a 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician is required

• Minimum of 3 years of trade experience (apprenticeship included)

• A valid G drivers license is required

• Criminal background check will be a prerequisite
