Résumé des fonctions : Sous la supervision de la superviseure administration, le/la technicien(ne) en administration joue un rôle clé dans le soutien aux opérations administratives du département.
Salaire : $50 080 - $70 980

Contribuer dans ce rôle c’est :
- Entrer les données de production et de réception du lait dans le système;
- Participer aux rapports hebdomadaires de production, s’assurer de l’exactitude des données saisies et effectuer des analyses (financière, coût de revient etc.);
- Effectuer certaines tâches liées aux comptes fournisseurs (payables);
- Supporter les activités liées au décompte des inventaires;
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des différents outils de travail ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Les qualifications recherchées sont :
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en administration des affaires (profil administration et/ou comptabilité) ou autre domaine pertinent ;
- Posséder 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou une expérience pertinente ;
- Maîtrise d’Excel de niveau intermédiaire/avancé ;
- Connaissance de AS/400 et SAP (un atout).
- Autonome avec un bon sens des priorités
- Rigoureux(se), avec un souci du détail et un esprit analytique
- Proactif(ve) et capable de travailler efficacement en équipe
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation
