What is the opportunity?
The Wealth Management Transformation Management Office (TMO) oversees and guides the Wealth Management segment through transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with LoB and segment strategic goals. The TMO will manage the transformation process with a focus on transparency, agile ways of working and in-year value creation within multi-year programs, in partnership with the WM lines of businesses.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Change Management to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Wealth Management. This leader will establish the change management function within our new Transformation Office, enabling the successful delivery of a multi-year transformation agenda. Once established, the role will create and embed a scalable approach to change management across our global Wealth Management business, ensuring sustainable adoption of strategic initiatives and cultural change.
What will you do?
The WM TMO structure, mandate and resourcing is currently being reviewed. The primary responsibilities of this role may change but are expected to be focused on the following:
- Establish and lead the change management strategy, framework, and tools for the Transformation Office (e.g. plan for the broader adoption of Planview SaaS across WM)
- Develop a repeatable, segment-wide change management methodology for use across Wealth Management internationally.
- Provide advice and guidance to program and business leaders to integrate change management into transformation initiatives from inception through sustainment.
- Establish a Community of Practice and build internal change capability through leader coaching, training, and a centralized toolkit.
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies across diverse geographies.
- Measure and report on change readiness, adoption, and benefits realization.
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
- 10+ years’ experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience setting up or leading change management functions/teams within a dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Strong track record delivering change in large, complex, and international organizations, ideally in financial services or wealth management.
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree and Professional change management certification required; Master’s preferred.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience of managing large and complex programs
- Wealth Management / international work experience
- Strong working relationship with businesses /functions
