Physiomed Danforth is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, active rehabilitation, and other allied health services. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Office Administrator to support our front desk operations and daily clinic workflow.
This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and takes pride in keeping systems organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming patients and handling inquiries professionally
- Answer and direct calls
- Schedule appointments and support efficient clinic flow
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
- Assist with billing and documentation for Extended Health Care (EHC), MVA, and WSIB claims
- Support invoicing, treatment plans, and administrative follow-ups
- Maintain office organization, filing systems, and clinic supplies
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the clinical team
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 year of experience in an administrative or reception role (healthcare setting)
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning clinic management software (experience with Universal Software is an asset)
- Experience with MVA and WSIB processes is an asset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
