About The Role We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in standardizing and deploying machine learning and advanced analytics projects, ensuring they are scalable, reproducible, and maintainable. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and DevOps, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our platform through automation, monitoring, and best practices in MLOps. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how BRP leverages artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to drive business value and innovation. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and IT teams to develop, deploy, and optimize models that deliver impactful solutions across various business units.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and software development. You should have a minimum of three years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Engineer with a focus on deploying machine learning models. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential for data processing, automation, and model development. A solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, modularity, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, is required. Candidates should have an intermediate knowledge of classic machine learning algorithms and evaluation techniques, along with a foundational understanding of DevOps and MLOps principles such as CI/CD, monitoring, and automation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively collaborate across teams and document processes.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and advanced analytics models into production environments. You will standardize ML workflows to ensure they are scalable, reproducible, and maintainable, facilitating seamless deployment and monitoring. Collaborating with data scientists and data engineers, you will work to improve data pipelines and optimize model performance. Your expertise will be vital in implementing and maintaining MLOps and DevOps best practices, including automation of processes, system performance monitoring, and establishing CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will contribute to platform enhancements by automating workflows, monitoring system health, and ensuring the robustness of AI-driven solutions. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of BRP’s data analytics capabilities, enabling the organization to leverage AI more effectively.
