Here’s The Scoop - Summary As part of our Operations team, the Reception & Site Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional services and experiences to our internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a fun, energetic, and highly organized individual who loves event planning. This onsite position works out of our facility in Acheson, AB and reports to the Plant Director.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect company values
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related services
- Plan and execute employee appreciation events
- Coordinate site tours and meetings
- Oversee general site services including office supplies, meeting room setups, and common area upkeep
- Support onboarding activities and orientation for new employees and guests
- Complete other tasks and or duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Relevant post-secondary education such a Business Administration is an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to quickly learn how to use HRIS and LMS systems.
- A self-starter, tenacious, driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a complex and changing environment.
- Presents oneself as professional in appearance.
