Here’s The Scoop - Summary As part of our Operations team, the Reception & Site Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional services and experiences to our internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a fun, energetic, and highly organized individual who loves event planning. This onsite position works out of our facility in Acheson, AB and reports to the Plant Director.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect company values
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related services
• Plan and execute employee appreciation events
• Coordinate site tours and meetings
• Oversee general site services including office supplies, meeting room setups, and common area upkeep
• Support onboarding activities and orientation for new employees and guests
• Complete other tasks and or duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Relevant post-secondary education such a Business Administration is an asset
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to quickly learn how to use HRIS and LMS systems.
• A self-starter, tenacious, driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a complex and changing environment.
• Presents oneself as professional in appearance.
