Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English Required)

Introduction Are you fluent in both French and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative and supportive team. This is an existing vacancy with immediate availability, offering a stable career, structured training, and a hybrid work environment following successful in-office onboarding.

Compensation: $50,000 to $52,000 annually, plus a monthly performance bonus opportunity of $250 to $500.

What You’ll Do As a key member of the customer support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping ensure orders, inquiries, and requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Your work will contribute to a high standard of service while supporting internal teams in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls in both English and French. Process customer orders and enter information accurately into internal systems. Create and manage customer cases within the CRM platform. Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Meet established service and productivity goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken. At least 1 year of customer service experience, including handling high-volume inbound calls. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset.

Benefits Annual salary of $50,000 to $52,000. Monthly bonus opportunity of up to $500. Hybrid work arrangement after successful in-office training, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office. Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Two weeks of vacation. Comprehensive benefits and RRSP eligibility after the three-month waiting period. Stable team environment with ongoing support and structured onboarding.
