Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the Buildings Ontario Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, Construction Manager or Operations Manager; the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting and quality control functions during the pre-construction, construction and close out phases of the projects.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Coordinate project documentation and controls, including schedules, budgets, cost tracking, drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders
- Support project communication by attending meetings, recording minutes, preparing updates, and documenting decisions and action items
- Manage project change processes, identifying change events, preparing and tracking change notices, and presenting impacts to the Project Manager
- Oversee safety and quality compliance, including maintaining safety/QA records, supporting the Project Specific Safety & Quality Plans, and monitoring KPIs
- Ensure secure, safe, and organized project sites, safeguarding company assets and supporting closeout activities such as client satisfaction surveys
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a General Contracting environment, working on complex ICI or high‑rise residential projects
- Software: Proficient with MS Office Suite, as well as scheduling and project management software
Compensation
- Salary Range $80,000 to $107,000 per annum
- Salary will commensurate with education and experience
- Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan
- 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience

Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the Buildings Ontario Division.
