About the Project You will be part of our Hazel McCallion LRT project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects.

About the Job We are hiring a PLAA Coordinator to step into a new role on our PLAA team on the Hazel McCallion LRT. This position reports to the PLAA Manager.

What You Will Be Doing? Coordinates and tracks permit and license application and compliance during the approval and construction phases of a project Liaise with external regulators and communicates permit and license status to the project team Provides compliance advice and technical support to ongoing construction Updates the document control system with project permits and license Interfaces with internal and external engineering and consultants Performs permitting and license record keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation; preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; and maintenance of files, logs and submittals as they pertain to the permitting and license process Tracks conditions of issued project permits and license Performs other related duties as required

What We Are Looking For? 2-4 years of previous work experience on major construction projects (LRT an asset) Experience / knowledge of Provincial, MOTI & Municipal requirements for permitting processes Strong computer background including experience with MS Word, Excel, BlueBeam, AutoCad and scheduling software Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form Capable of probing and listening carefully, presents information clearly in an appropriate style and persuades others in straightforward situations Willingness to contribute actively in a team environment Proficient in the English language (Written, reading and speaking)

Expected Compensation Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $60,000.00 CAD - $70,000.00 CAD. The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
