Join us and be part of a team that’s redefining what’s possible in fluid technology. We are currently looking for a talented Accounts Payable Technician to join the Finance Shared Services team! Reporting to the department’s Group Leader, the Accounts Payable Technician plays a key role in ensuring that invoices are posted accurately and in a timely manner through efficient processes. Main responsibilities

• Verify, code, reconcile, and post invoices in the ERP system.
• Obtain all required approvals for invoices.
• Coordinate month-end closing tasks, including accruals and deferrals.
• Respond to supplier payment requests.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Process weekly supplier payment cycles.
• Help manage supplier relationships, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments.
• Perform other general tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Qualifications
• DEC, AEC, or DEP in accounting or administration.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role (accounts payable) in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the entire accounts payable cycle.
• Proficiency in accounting software and integrated management systems (ERP).
• Plus: knowledge of D365
• Attention to detail.
• Bilingual: French and English
• Experience with PowerLink, Mapics, AS400, or Microsoft Dynamics accounting software is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel, Outlook).
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
