We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Manager to lead FINANCE transformations leveraging AI-driven forecasting, automation, and modern ERP capabilities. This role blends deep finance expertise, hands-on D365 experience, and leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients.
What You’ll Do
-Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance implementations, embedding AI-driven forecasting, analytics, and automation
- Serve as a finance domain lead, guiding design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Advise clients on best practices across core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting)
- Facilitate business process reviews and translate requirements into scalable D365 solutions
- Design solutions that consider cross-functional impacts (supply chain, manufacturing, projects)
- Recommend and integrate ISV and intelligent automation solutions where appropriate
- Resolve complex finance and system issues through structured analysis and solutioning
- Lead and mentor project teams while fostering adoption of emerging AI capabilities
- Build trusted client relationships as a finance and transformation advisor
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
- 3–5 years of Microsoft consulting experience with 2–4 full-cycle D365 F&SCM (or AX) implementations
- Strong finance and accounting domain expertise with hands-on configuration experience
- Experience with Power Platform, PPAC, BPM/RSAT, and Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of AI applications in finance (forecasting, analytics, automation)
- Microsoft certifications (MB-310 preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- If residing in Canada,must be a Canadian citizen to qualify for a TN visa and travel to the U.S.
