We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.

About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized, energetic Communications & Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on execution role that supports communications, digital channels, brand initiatives, and conference/sponsorship enablement.
About the day-to-day
- Maintain editorial content calendars and shared communications materials.
- Update and maintain company website content.
- Support with social content execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and physical assets.
- Create design assets using Canva and Microsoft tools.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and sponsorship activations.
- Prepare speaker kits, talking points, and event toolkits.
- Support onsite logistics for local conferences as needed.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with inbox monitoring, tracking tasks, and managing incoming requests.
- Contribute to standardized processes and workback schedules.
About the qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, events, or a related field.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and project-management skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and general digital content workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, highly adaptive team.

About the work environment:
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

The expected salary for this role is approximately $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
