**Job Status:**Full Time, Permanent, Salaried
**Work Hours:**Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility as required
**Work Location:**Hybrid work on site as needed, a minimum of 1-3 days per week on site
Compensation:$46,000 - $51,000 per year, based on experience

The Position
The Data Administrator is meticulous in detail. They ensure the integrity and accuracy of client data and order systems while supporting the Client Experience team in delivering exceptional service. In addition, the Data Administrator provides operational and communication support to Client Experience Coordinators during peak periods and time away.
The ideal candidate is detail-driven, systems-minded, adaptable, and comfortable engaging in client communication when needed. They are energized by creating structure, improving processes, and contributing to a team committed to long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Data Management
- Create and modify client data for 500+ client locations with 100s of daily catering orders
- Coordinate with client experience to identify and resolve form-related issues
- Fulfill data entry requests submitted by client experience coordinators
- Act as the first point of contact for questions about issues or accuracy of client data and troubleshoot accordingly
- Maintain and update documentation for recurring data processes and workflows
Client Experience Support
- Provide structured coverage for Client Experience Coordinators as needed
- Monitor and respond to client emails when required, ensuring timely, professional communication
- Provide administrative support for promotions and special events
Required Education & Experience
- College diploma or university degree
- 1-2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, AI Tools, PowerBI & knowledge of database/ERP systems
