- Ensure the right patients are scheduled into the right procedures seamlessly
- Prepare and guide patients so they feel informed and excited
- Collaborate with clinics and visiting dentists to keep everything in perfect harmony
- Build full, productive days that run like a well-oiled machine from start to finish
Who You Are
You've experienced the hustle and bustle of a dental clinic — and you absolutely thrive in it!
- You bring valuable experience from dental administration, treatment coordination, or specialty coordination
- You're calm and collected in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- You're confident working with multiple moving parts and stakeholders
