What You’ll Do As a Sales Executive in our Commercial team, you’ll have the chance to:
- Ensure we meet and exceed revenue and GP targets within your territory of Atlantic Canada
- Build and nurture solid relationships within your book of business from mid-senior level down to junior planner level
- Ensure an effective sales strategy is devised and implemented across your territory
- Proactively pitch strategic ideas and opportunities to key clients that meet or exceed client KPI’s
- Oversee all RFP responses within your team making sure we are responding to core KPI’s
- Be a thought leader within your team of account managers, strategists, traders, and analysts within your patch of business
- Work closely with our product and analysis teams to tailor our products and insights to our clients’ needs
- Lead client entertainment and relationship building for Atlantic Canada
What you’ll bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media agency experience preferred
- Agency experience as a customer, partner or employee – client facing management agency experience is a bonus
- Strategic thinking skills, looking beyond RFPs to propose plans to meet business
needs/challenges
- High degree of self-motivation and drive, sufficient to act as independent business owner
- A can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us
