About the role
The Role We are supporting a leading capital markets client through a critical market infrastructure transformation initiative focused on expanding the Canadian Fixed Income ecosystem and onboarding key market participants to strategic clearing and repo services. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of this complex, multi-workstream program, ensuring alignment across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders. Working within a highly regulated capital markets environment, you will coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and organizations, manage critical dependencies and risks, and help ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within scope. This role requires a strong delivery leader who can navigate complexity, foster collaboration across stakeholder groups, and maintain momentum across interconnected initiatives while supporting program governance and executive reporting. Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. Canada Pay Transparency $153,000—$197,000 CAD
