Your Mission:

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, through a mindset of innovation and excellence
• Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized processes and best practices
• Oversee project planning and execution of strategic and operational improvement initiatives
• Support systems optimization and enhancement release cycles
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Establish KPIs to measure progress and track effectiveness of initiatives
• Support the team with business implementation

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Registered Health Care Professional in relevant field
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, process improvement, analytics or related field
• Healthcare operations and knowledge of Patient Support Programs operations is required
• Process automation, systems management and technology vendor management
• Experience leading project management team, data insights and systems teams to deliver operational improvement projects

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
