Job Title:
Storeperson
Job Overview:
As a Storeperson in our Laval facility, you will process and coordinate routine warehouse activities under supervision, to support sales and meet customer requirements, and will report to our Distribution Center Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, reconcile, put-away and release finished goods and spare parts to available inventory.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory, in accordance with cycle counting program.
- Pick orders verifying part and lot number from inventory.
- Pack orders verifying part and lot numbers.
- Release from inventory and ship orders to customers.
- Maintain conditions of warehouse and ensure it is kept clean, tidy and regularly swept.
- Follow up with all customer and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in warehouse/distribution center experience.
- Forklift certification is desired, but not required.
- Computer skills (e.g. data entry, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical distribution center is desired, but not required.
- Fully Bilingual (English/French) is required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for candidates working in this territory is $47,000 to $55,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions in other areas.
