Change the future with us.
We are looking for dedicated and talented people who tackle ever-changing challenges, customer needs, and questions from colleagues with clever concepts and creativity. We embrace change and work with curious minds re-inventing the future of work. Join us and let us focus together on what’s truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.
What will you do?
Siemens Advanta Consulting is the global management consultancy of one of the world’s most innovative engineering and technology companies. We navigate companies through their unique digitalization journey - from strategy to operations. Our mission is to transform our clients’ future and develop today’s talent into the business leaders and experts of tomorrow.
We’re looking for a Seller-Doer Consultant / Senior Consultant – Canada to help grow and deliver Siemens Advanta’s business in Canada, across various industries such as Power & Utilities, Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Mining, and other industrial sectors. This role is built for a consultant who can open executive conversations, and shape practical opportunities in the focus industry through business transformation, operations improvement, data, digital, AI, and cybersecurity, and then lead the work through execution. To be successful in this role, you must be commercially credible with Canadian business leaders, comfortable selling their own services, and equally strong at fulfilling the work with hands-on delivery ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead client engagements across Canada, turning executive conversations and industry priorities into practical programs that improve business performance, operational performance, asset reliability, data-driven decision making, cybersecurity resilience, and customer outcomes.
Client Delivery / Program Leadership
Lead assessments across client organizations, translating business priorities into practical transformation roadmaps with quantified value, sequencing, and delivery plans. Run program governance and PMO for transformation work: integrated master plan, workstream plans, RAID, dependency management, change control, executive steering cadence, and decision logs. Drive operational improvement programs, including asset reliability, field operations, work management, performance management, and process adoption. Lead operating model and change workstreams tied to asset operations, customer operations, capital project delivery, regulatory readiness, training, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. Manage delivery of digital, data, automation, and cybersecurity enablement, including requirements, value cases, deployment plans, analytics, operational dashboards, and roadmap execution in close partnership with technical SMEs. Own benefits tracking and impact realization, ensuring improvements show up in client KPIs, customer outcomes, reliability measures, operational performance, and financial results—not just recommendations.
Commercial Ownership / Practice Building
Build and expand relationships with client executives and site leadership; identify follow-on opportunities and help shape the pipeline. Contribute to proposal development and SOW creation (scope, staffing model, timeline, deliverables, assumptions, commercial story). Develop internal delivery playbooks for clients, including assessment toolkits, asset modernization and operational improvement templates, PMO standards, regulatory and stakeholder engagement materials, and coach teams to scale capability across Canadian client engagements.
