Position: ADM Release Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to manage end-to-end application releases across UAT and Production environments. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing releases while ensuring compliance with change management, audit requirements, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing multiple releases in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate UAT and Production releases. Plan, schedule, and execute release activities across cross-functional teams. Create and manage promotion packages and deployment documentation. Raise, track, and manage change requests in line with ITIL processes. Coordinate artifact collection, release validations, and production readiness. Ensure audit, compliance, and change management requirements are met. Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvements in release management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Release Management or Change Management. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Release Management, and ITIL Change Management. Experience managing enterprise application releases in UAT and Production. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
