About the role

We're hiring a Site Director to guide program development and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care in our centres!

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop care programs that prioritize person-centred approaches

• Support and empower staff through mentorship, innovation, and strong relationships

• Build and sustain connections with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders

• Drive efficiency and quality improvement in programs and processes

• Craft strategies that enhance resident care and staff support

Qualifications :

• A minimum of five years of current and progressive senior leadership experience in Continuing Care.

• A graduate degree in health services administration or equivalent is preferred.

• Membership as a Canadian Health Service Leader will be considered an asset.
