About the role

Mississauga, Canada Visual & Listening Technician – Contract The Visual & Listening QC Technician ensures hearing aids meet Sonova’s quality and performance standards before shipping. This role performs visual, listening, and functional inspections, identifies non-conforming products, and supports overall QC processes in alignment with ISO guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect work orders for accuracy
  • Perform visual cosmetic checks on hearing aids
  • Conduct listening checks to verify sound quality
  • Execute Wireless Functional Tests (WFT)
  • Assemble custom tips and earmolds with hearing instruments
  • Document and report non-conforming products
  • Support overall QC activities in accordance with ISO quality procedures

More about you:

  • 2+ years of experience in hearing aid manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail with good hand–eye coordination
  • Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Effective communicator who works well in a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Professional working proficiency in English
