What Would You Do?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales Associate. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding shoppers through the EQ3 outlet product assortment, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, and closing sales. Contribute to achieving weekly revenue targets in a fast-paced pop-up retail environment.

In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding shoppers through the EQ3 outlet product assortment, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, and closing sales. Contribute to achieving weekly revenue targets in a fast-paced pop-up retail environment.

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to appropriate products.

• Provide knowledgeable advice on all EQ3 furniture, including upholstery, bedroom casegoods, dining tables, and rugs.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash and card payments.

• Meet individual and team sales targets on a daily and weekly basis.

• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards within assigned floor zones.

• Assist with product tagging, pricing updates, and promotional signage as directed.

• Coordinate with warehouse movers for customer pickup orders and product staging.

• Communicate product availability, delivery options, and outlet policies to customers clearly.

• Participate in daily team huddles and incorporate feedback from floor leadership.

• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Assist with Wednesday setup days as scheduled**.**

What Do You Bring?

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in furniture, home decor, or high-consideration goods.

• Basic understanding of customer service principles and consultative selling.

• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and processing transactions.

• Interest in interior design, furniture, or home furnishings is an asset.

• Genuinely interested in helping customers find the right products for their homes and budgets.

• Able to explain product features, pricing, and policies in a clear and friendly manner.

• Self-motivated to achieve targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

• Works collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth floor operations and customer coverage.

• Consistently punctual, dependable, and committed to the full engagement.

• Comfortable in a popup retail setting where inventory, displays, and priorities change frequently.

• Willing to learn product details quickly and apply knowledge in customer conversations.
