- (Internal Title: Risk IV)
- Identify, capture, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in detailed risk registers, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and updates.
- Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and subject-matter experts to gather inputs, validate assumptions, calibrate risks, and support both qualitative and quantitative assessments.
- Contribute data for cost and schedule risk analyses, support schedule risk reviews, and monitor early-warning indicators or scope changes that may impact project outcomes.
- Track mitigation actions, assigned owners, and due dates to drive accountability, ensure closure, and escalate high-impact risks with recommended mitigation options.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that inform leadership, project controls, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction delivery teams to fully embed risk considerations into project decisions and execution strategies.
- Establish and refine the Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) Supply Chain Risk Program, including taxonomy development, risk identification workshops, calibration, and creation of the OFE risk register in e-Builder.
- Design or recommend controls to prevent or reduce the impact of identified OFE risks, outline periodic review schedules, track mitigation progress, and report updates to leadership.
- Establish the General Contractor (GC) Risk Program by compiling a comprehensive inventory of GCs, assessing their criticality, refining the GC risk taxonomy, conducting workshops, and building the GC risk register in e-Builder.
- Design or recommend controls for GC risks, manage ongoing reviews and updates to the GC risk register, track mitigation actions, and support risk mitigation strategies related to Machine Learning (ML) ramp activities and associated operational tasks.

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Risk Management
- Minimum 2 years data center construction experience
- 2+ Years Risk Management experience
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering throughout project phases
- Ability to speak French fluently

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field/experience or other applicable project management discipline

Licenses OR Certifications:
- Holding recognized certifications including RMP® - Risk Management Professional
- Membership with a relevant risk domain area association including: Project Management Institute (PMP, RMP); American Association Cost Engineers (PRMP, DRMP), RICS full membership (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalent
- Ebuilder experience (preferred)
- Quickbase experience (preferred)
- Vendor Management experience (preferred)
- Safran, @risk, PRA, Deltek, Omega application knowledge

- Strong understanding of prevailing Risk Management methods
- Extensive knowledge of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Mastery of Risk Management software Active Risk Manager (ARM), Oracle Primavera Risk Analyzer (OPRA), Acumen Risk, etc.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse and MS Project
- Must maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
