We’re looking for a Lifecycle Email Strategist — someone who blends creative storytelling with data-driven optimization. You’ll lead strategy for a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands, helping them deepen customer loyalty, increase LTV, and turn email into a revenue powerhouse.
What You’ll Do
- Own the lifecycle strategy for assigned clients — from onboarding flows to long-term retention.
- Partner with creative and copy teams to develop campaigns that drive both engagement and revenue.
- Create segmentation, automation, and flow strategies that move customers through the funnel.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into action (not just reports).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, deliverability updates, and testing frameworks — then share what you learn.
Requirements
Who You Are
- 3+ years in email marketing (Klaviyo or similar expertise required; agency experience a plus)
- You think in systems and stories — understanding both data and human behavior.
- Strong communicator who can explain strategy clearly to clients and teammates.
- You love testing, analyzing, and iterating to find what works.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in DTC, retention marketing, or lifecycle strategy roles.
