Position Description: Pediatric Critical Care Transport RN - Registered Nurse

Summary
St. Joseph's Children's Hospital Neonatal and Pediatric Transport Service is a specialized transport team, trained in neonatal and pediatric medicine, that travels 24/7 by dedicated ambulance, medical helicopter or fixed wing jet, to pick up newborns, infants and children under 18 from other hospitals in West-Central Florida and bring them to St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. We deliver family-centered care and a parent or designee can ride along with the patient in the ambulance or fixed wing jet.

Requirements
One (1) year of RN PICU or Pediatric Emergency Department experience OR two (2) years of RN pediatric medical-surgical experience 2 years of level 3 or 4 NICU experience Current PALS certification Registered Nurse License Associated Degree in Nursing

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:00PM - 6:30AM
Shift: Shift 3
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
