About the role

Who you are

  • You should have a deep understanding of how partnerships align with product and business objectives, can evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, and understand product architecture, APIs, and integration flows
  • 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, CorpDev, Strategy, or BizOps
  • Experience sourcing and negotiating deals from first pitch to signed contract
  • Experience working with technical products
  • Deep understanding of APIs, platforms, or marketplaces
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • A bias for action, ownership, and results
  • Experience with HubSpot, Streak, or other CRM tools
  • Experience at a high growth startup / tech company
  • Product experience or working in a product-driven org
  • Prior experience in Fintech or a B2C business

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our broader Strategy team, reporting to the Chief of Staff / Head of Business Operations
  • You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing strategic product partnerships that support our growth roadmap and enhance the value of our Super+ membership program
  • This is a strategic role that links topline business strategy with product development and GTM execution
  • Shape our partnership strategy and report progress to executive leadership
  • Analyze landscape and inform build-vs-partner-vs-buy decisions
  • Source, structure, and manage partnerships across all verticals of the business
  • Lead the full lifecycle from pipeline and outreach to commercial negotiations
  • Lead technical integration discussions, GTM collaboration, and joint initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Engineering to align and execute partner launches
