Position Title: Operations Systems Administrator
Location: Commissionaires – HQ
Reports to: Client Service Manager
Hours of Work: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon. – Fri. (excluding statutory holidays)
Status: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 – $58,000 annually, plus benefits and RRSP

The Operations Systems Administrator plays a valuable role in supporting the operations and finance teams. If you have a passion for customer service, are well organized, eager to learn and comfortable with systems, this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Support Client Service Managers in scheduling services, including security guards and mobile security drivers.

Training & Support

  • Once proficient in CVIY systems, provide training and support to other users to ensure effective use.

Software Monitoring & Management

  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software configurations within Ops/Finance systems to support optimal performance.
  • Systems include scheduling platforms (e.g., TrackTik).

Client Contract Administration

  • Ensure accurate and timely oversight and reporting of client information.
  • Manage system inputs, renewals, and onboarding of new clients.

Employee Administration

  • Ensure accurate and timely oversight and reporting of HR information.
  • Provide necessary system inputs.

Analytical Support

  • Identify trends and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the overall effectiveness of security operations.

Client Reports & Relations

  • Track, prepare, and report key client information, including incident reporting.

  • Provide clients with security information to support their business operations, which may include client site visits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A “can-do” attitude
  • A passion for the customer – external and internal
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Valid BC Security license (note: if not, we will support attaining one)
  • Detail oriented
  • A proactive problem-solver
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfort with systems (note: Traktik experience is an asset)
