About the role

The Role

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.

What we'll need you to bring

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in an Administrative and Clerical role.
  • Educated to Higher Grade level.
  • Ability to supervise staff.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
  • Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based within Eddlewood Community Hall, Hamilton.

The Working Pattern For This Role 3x 37 Hours perm Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

1x 22.5 Hours Monday – Friday 10am to 2pm

1x 37 Hours fixed term post 6 months Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
