Role Descriptions
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for configuring, customizing, developing, and maintaining the BMO Salesforce Platform. The role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including Lightning development, process automation, security management, reporting, and deployment activities. The candidate will work closely with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery teams to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring platform stability, security, and compliance. The individual will support end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, development, UAT coordination, production deployment, and ongoing support.
Top 3 Required Skills
Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise with strong Salesforce Administration and Development experience. Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Record Pages, Salesforce Flows, and Approval Processes. Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules) and deployment management.
Top 3 Preferred Skills
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification. Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Fusion Framework Product.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification is mandatory. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification preferred.
