Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that the team delivers high-quality products on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and principles.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog.
- Ensure transparency and visibility of the team’s progress.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
