As part of this collegial team, the successful candidate will work alongside reputable practitioners and represent clients on workplace issues includi ng terminations, disciplinary matters, employment and contractor agreements, accommodations, work place policies as well as Human Rights Matters and collective agreement bargaining and interpretat i
on.
Acting as lead counsel, the Senior Associate will be able to hit the ground running and will work with clients across a variety of sectors and industries including: agriculture, First Nations and their Entities, Healthcare, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Local Government, Retail and Technology and on an array of challenging legal and organizational iss
