Job Title : Account Coordinator Division : Erikson Consumer Order Desk – Customer Service Representative Location : Baie d’urfe (West island of Montreal) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:30PM Hybrid About Erikson Consumer Erikson Consumer is a leading distributor of consumer electronics and lifestyle products, driving brand growth through eCommerce channels and major big-box retail partners. The division supports both B2B and B2C markets, working cross functionally with sales, logistics, marketing, and retail partners to ensure products are effectively positioned, available, and supported across online and in store channels. About the Role - Account Coordinator We are looking for a detail-oriented account coordinator professional to assist the Regional Sales team with administrative and operational tasks. This role supports customer accounts, promotional activities, and data management while acting as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Support, and Operations. You’ll help streamline processes, support product launches, ensure accuracy in CRM/ERP systems, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage regional, independent, and specialty accounts remotely. Support regional sales managers with administrative and sales coordination tasks. Coordinate quarterly promotional calendars and customer agreements. Maintain sales support files and track completion of required tasks. Resolve MAP pricing issues and report progress to key stakeholders. Coordinate new and updated product setup, tracking, and portal maintenance. Distribute updated price lists and confirm customer receipt and acceptance. Support new product launches and promotional activities. Qualifications 2–5+ years of sales support or customer service Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Exposure to pricing, promotions, or retail/distribution environments is preferred Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proactive problem-solver #LI-Hybrid Why Join Us Ready to join our team?
