AutoCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. AutoCapital Canada works with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.

We are seeking a high-energy, data-drivenCollections Supervisorto lead our Repayment Specialists. In this role, you won't just "manage" a team; you will be the architect of their success. You will be responsible for suppressing roll rates, refining work treatment plans, and coaching a team of collectors to move beyond transactional calls to high-quality, sustainable payment resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
-**Delinquency & Roll Rate Management:**Take full ownership of specific delinquency buckets. You will analyze portfolio performance daily with a relentless focus on reducing roll rates to subsequent stages of delinquency and mitigating credit losses. -**Elite Coaching & Calibration:**Conduct frequent side-by-side coaching and lead group calibration sessions. Your goal is to ensure "one voice" across the floor, maintaining consistent account treatment and compliance while elevating the negotiation skills of every agent. -**Strategy Execution:**Drive strict adherence to our collection strategies and stage-specific work treatment plans. You will ensure that every account is touched at the right time, with the right tone, and the right intensity. -**Resource Optimization (CAPES):**Actively monitor CAPES (Capacity, Achievement, Productivity, Efficiency, and Statistics) to ensure adequate agent distribution. You will pivot team focus in real-time to meet fluctuating call volumes and business needs. -**Change Leadership:**Lead the team through operational, procedural, and technological shifts. You are expected to gain "buy-in" during transitions, maintaining high morale and peak performance even during periods of change. -**Modernization & AI Integration:**Embody a "tech-forward" mindset. We are modernizing our stack with automation and AI; you will be a key stakeholder in integrating these tools into the daily workflow to amplify team output. -**Continuous Improvement:**Think "outside the box." We don't want "the way it’s always been done." You will identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve the Kept Promise Rate (KPR) and overall recovery efficiency
What you bring:
-Experience:3+ years in Collections Leadership, preferably withinAuto Financeor related subprime/consumer lending. -**Analytical Skills:**Proven ability to interpret delinquency reports and turn data into actionable floor-level tactics. -**Tech Savvy:**Comfortable working with advanced Dialer systems, CRM software, and a genuine interest in how AI and automation can enhance the collection lifecycle. -**Leadership Style:**A "player-coach" mentality. You are as comfortable in a high-level strategy meeting as you are sitting next to an agent helping them close a difficult settlement. -**Communication:**Exceptional ability to de-escalate internal and external conflicts while maintaining a professional, firm, and empathetic brand voice.
