Our client, a globally recognized fashion and retail organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital to join their Global Marketing team. This individual will lead digital commercialization initiatives across an international partner and franchise network while driving growth through eCommerce, performance marketing, CRM, paid media, SEO, social media, and digital experience optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll play a key role in accelerating digital revenue growth, improving customer acquisition and retention, supporting international markets, and helping shape the future of digital commerce for a leading global consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities Lead digital commercialization initiatives across international partner and franchise markets. Support the execution of the organization's global digital marketing and eCommerce strategy. Develop digital toolkits, governance frameworks, and best practices to drive consistency across markets. Execute digital transformation initiatives that improve eCommerce performance, omnichannel integration, and ROI. Manage digital performance KPIs, forecasting, revenue targets, and performance scorecards. Execute integrated performance marketing strategies across paid media, CRM, SEO, paid social, and eCommerce channels. Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and marketing assets. Partner with franchisees and international stakeholders to improve digital capabilities and commercial performance. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, Operations, Account Management, and eCommerce teams to align business priorities. Support UX optimization, A/B testing, personalization initiatives, and digital innovation projects. Mentor and develop a direct report while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What They're Looking For 7–10+ years of progressive Digital Marketing and eCommerce experience. 2–3+ years of leadership or people management experience. Strong background within retail, fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, accessories, or consumer eCommerce. Proven success driving digital revenue growth through performance marketing and eCommerce optimization. Strong expertise across Google Ads, Paid Media, Paid Social, CRM, Email Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital commercialization. Experience implementing customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and loyalty strategies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic business recommendations. Experience collaborating with agencies, franchise partners, and cross-functional teams across multiple markets. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and project management skills. Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities within a fast-paced environment.

Non-Negotiables Minimum 7+ years of Digital Marketing and eCommerce experience. Experience within fashion, retail, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer eCommerce organizations. Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Paid Media, Paid Social, CRM, Email Marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics. Proven experience implementing eCommerce strategies that increase online conversion, customer engagement, and digital revenue. Experience managing agencies and external marketing partners. Strong understanding of digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, and customer journey optimization. Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring team members. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working with multiple markets, international teams, or franchise partners is highly preferred. Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in the Montreal area.
